Advertiser Terms

These Advertiser Terms apply to every independent advertiser and agency owner who creates or manages account content on Escortly UK.

1. Who these terms apply to

You must accept these Advertiser Terms if you create an advertiser or agency-owner account, submit adverts or profile content, upload media, respond to moderation feedback, or otherwise use Escortly UK's protected account surfaces.

2. Adult-only responsibility

You confirm that you are 18 or over and that every person shown, described, or represented in your account content is also 18 or over.

3. Content and rights

You must upload only content you are authorised to use, with the necessary consent and publication rights. You must not upload explicit pornographic material, underage material, coercive or exploitative material, non-consensual content, stolen media, or misleading content.

4. Moderation and publication

Escortly UK may review, reject, suspend, or remove adverts, agency profiles, or media before or after publication. Publication is never guaranteed and does not amount to endorsement.

5. Contact details and accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and consent basis of the profile details, advert copy, and contact methods you submit for publication.

6. Enforcement

Escortly UK may preserve evidence, suspend access, or cooperate with law enforcement or authorities where required for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or moderation.
